Risk Settings
Risk Type
Fixed Lot
Use Case: Ideal for traders who want every trade on the slave account to open with the same predefined lot size.
Description: The fixed lot feature ensures that all trades copied to the slave account use a consistent lot size, regardless of the master account’s trade size. Simply input the desired fixed lot value, and every trade will replicate at this exact size.
Lot Multiplier
Use Case: Suitable for traders who calculate risk based on lot sizes and need proportional adjustments between master and slave accounts.
Description: The Lot Multiplier adjusts the slave account’s trade size relative to the master account’s trade size.
A 100% multiplier replicates the master’s trade size exactly.
Example:
Master trade size: 10 lots
Lot Multiplier:
100% → Slave trade size: 10 lots
50% → Slave trade size: 5 lots
150% → Slave trade size: 15 lots
Balance Multiplier
Use Case: Designed for traders who calculate risk based on a percentage of their account balance.
Description: The Balance Multiplier scales the percentage risk applied to the slave account based on the master account’s risk percentage.
A 100% multiplier matches the master’s risk percentage exactly.
Example:
Master risk: 1% of balance
Balance Multiplier:
100% → Slave risk: 1%
50% → Slave risk: 0.5%
200% → Slave risk: 2%
Fixed Balance Multiplier
Use Case: Ideal for traders who wish to compound their slave account balance while maintaining a consistent base risk calculation.
Description: This feature overrides the master account balance and uses a fixed balance value for calculating risk on the slave account. It allows for gradual compounding as the slave account grows.
Example:
Fixed master balance set at $100,000
Regardless of changes in the actual master or slave balances, trades will always be calculated as if based on $100,000. As the slave balance grows, lot sizes increase proportionally, enabling compounding.
Lot Percentage
Use Case: Ideal for traders who want to scale their trades based on a percentage of the master account's lot size.
Description: This feature allows you to set a percentage of the master account's lot size to be replicated on the slave account. It helps maintain proportional risk management across accounts of different sizes.
Force Maximum Lot
Use Case: Useful for limiting exposure by capping the maximum lot size of trades copied to the slave account.
Description: This feature ensures that no trade exceeds a predefined maximum lot size, preventing excessive risk exposure and potential large losses.
Maximum Lot Size
Use Case: Essential for setting a ceiling on the lot size to manage risk and prevent over-leveraging.
Description: Defines the upper limit for the lot size of trades copied to the slave account, safeguarding against overly large positions that could lead to significant losses.
Force Minimum Lot
Use Case: Helps ensure that trades are not too small, maintaining a minimum level of exposure.
Description: This feature sets a minimum lot size for trades copied to the slave account, ensuring that each trade meets a certain threshold of exposure.
Minimum Lot Size
Use Case: Important for maintaining a baseline level of trade size to ensure meaningful trading activity.
Description: Specifies the smallest lot size allowed for trades copied to the slave account, preventing trades that are too small to be viable.
Lot Refiner
Use Case: Designed for fine-tuning lot sizes based on specific conditions or rules.
Description: This feature allows for custom adjustments to lot sizes based on predefined criteria, enabling more precise risk management and trade optimization.
Lot Refine Size
Use Case: Useful for making precise adjustments to lot sizes after initial replication.
Description: Enables further refinement of the lot size after it has been copied from the master account, allowing for nuanced risk management based on specific trading conditions.
Copy From Account
Use Case: Essential for specifying the source account from which trades are copied.
Description: Identifies the master account from which trades will be replicated, ensuring that the correct trading strategy is followed.
Copy To Account
Use Case: Crucial for designating the destination account where trades will be executed.
Description: Specifies the slave account where trades will be replicated, ensuring that the trades are executed in the intended account.
